1966 Ford Galaxie 500

This 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 was brought to us by a local client Bill Peters.

The Galaxie was previously owned by Bill’s Grandmother, who is past 100 years old and still alive.  So you can imagine that this vehicle has great sentimental value.

Our client decided to restore this vehicle in stages, which is very common for many clients.

The first stage of this build was to get the vehicle back up, running and safe for the client.

We did just that for the vehicle.  Restoring all mechanical systems including rebuilding the original 392 and the original transmission.

The client did opt to add a few little upgrades such as braided lines and upgraded wheels.

In our opinion this vehicle now drives better than the day it came off the showroom floor.
