1967 Oldsmobile Toronado

Dale Oestreich selected the Toronado on the basis that it had a long front end in order to show a good contrast once completed. He wanted one that was in ‘fair’ condition and found this one in Baltimore Maryland. The purpose is to show the car at local car shows only, we use this car to show what we can do to make a daily driver. The restored left side is only restored at a level we consider our ‘daily driver’ quality. We upgraded the vehicle to make it mechanically sound, installed a new interior on the left side and stripped the left side, primed, painted and buffed. We also re-chromed the left side of the front and rear bumper. The Tahoe Turquoise was an optional color on that model that year that was chosen however, it is not the original color of the half & half.
