We just got the approval to do the restoration for this 1930 Ford.
The Ford is getting the the cab, motor and tranny pulled out. The new motor and tranny is getting test fit. Also the cab is getting repaired.
Fabrication continues on the Ford for fitting the new engine and transmission in. Also, Larry is done with the body work on the frame and it is getting primered and the cab set back on the frame.
Larry is working on getting the window regulators fabricated for the 1930 Ford.
Dan got all the black for the 1930 Ford painted today.
Dan is masking off the black paint on the Ford to get ready to paint the red sections of the vehicle.

Dave is working on putting the engine and transmission together today for the Ford and Larry is working on straightening the frame.
Dave is test fitting the new engine and transmission in the chassis of the Ford.
Larry has built a custom “bridge” type bracing underneath the chassis to make sure that it does not buckle under the increase of power from the new engine.

The first positive molds are just coming out for the 1930 Ford Replicas.
The molds for the doors are almost ready and they are also working on the dash and the visor.
Larry is prepping the cab of the delivery truck to get it ready for primer, after primer we will build our mold off of it.
Mike is finalizing the door molds and have pulled out the dash and visor molds as well today.

Larry is getting the body sanded and buffed to a mirror finish before we pour the mold for the body.
Here is the support that we are building to put the stakebed on for the 1930 Ford replica. We are making it strong enough to not only support the bed, but also several people if they were sitting in the back for a parade.
We are working on fabricating and installing the brake lines for the Ford Stakebed replica trucks.
