Fabrication continues on the Ford for fitting the new engine and transmission in.  Also, Larry is done with the body work on the frame and it is getting primered and the cab set back on the frame.

Larry has built a custom “bridge” type bracing underneath the chassis to make sure that it does not buckle under the increase of power from the new engine.

The techs here at Precision Restorations have really started moving full force on building the 1930 Ford Delivery truck.

The new custom chassis is in and Larry is working on building the molds for the fiberglass body.

Working on getting the cab ready for the mold.  Building the interior fence.

Mike is getting the negative fiberglass molds made for the Ford Delivery trucks.

The first positive molds are just coming out for the 1930 Ford Replicas.

The molds for the doors are almost ready and they are also working on the dash and the visor.

Larry is prepping the cab of the delivery truck to get it ready for primer, after primer we will build our mold off of it.

Mike is finalizing the door molds and have pulled out the dash and visor molds as well today.

These are the final molds for the doors on the 1930 Ford Delivery Trucks.  Larry and Mike are now ready to start turning out finished panels.

The frame work is fabricated to lift up the mold for the body of the Truck.

Larry is getting the body sanded and buffed to a mirror finish before we pour the mold for the body.

Here is the support that we are building to put the stakebed on for the 1930 Ford replica.  We are making it strong enough to not only support the bed, but also several people if they were sitting in the back for a parade.
