For our client this Plymouth Restoration is an affair of the heart.  He has owned this car for the last 30 years and has many memories with the vehicle. The car came to us with quite a bit of work to do. We started this restoration by disassembling the vehicle and stripping the body down to bare metal using a combination of media blasting and mechanical stripping with an 80 grit grinder.  This process ensures that our clients are recieving the best product possible and that we are uncovering any hidden damage instead of just covering it up with filler and fresh paint.  Once a vehicle is stripped we etch and seal the body.  The etch primer has an acidic base to it that bites into the bare metal and prevents flash rusting while we work on the body repairs. After that we cut out all the rusted areas and welded in fresh metal.  Once the body work was complete we primed the vehicle and put on a fresh coat of mopar orange and cleared.

But when our client decided to take on this endevor he wanted to make sure that he added a few upgrades of his own decision.  So for the 340 engine we added upgraded comp cams, edelbrock aluminum heads, and an edelbrock intake and carburetor.

With all this power we decided to upgrade the braking system.  We installed a dual master cylinder with a power brake booster.  We also installed drilled and slotted front disk.

Finally to make it easier for our client to get around we installed a power steering system out of another duster that came with the system from the factory.

And since our client will be spending all his time in the car we installed new carpet, seat covers and an upgraded stereo system.
